We were initially tasked with a rebranding exercise to assist the client in repositioning their brand within the industry and enhancing their competitive edge.

Once the brand identity had been finalised, the scope of the project expanded significantly, becoming a multi-service endeavour.

We undertook the task of updating all deliverables and marketing assets to ensure brand consistency, aligning them with the new corporate vibe. This included decorating their new office space in accordance with their mission statement ("Protect Your Investment") and incorporating the brand's distinct colours, leaving no doubt as to whose office it belongs to.

In addition, a new website was a crucial requirement to align with the refreshed corporate branding. Given that the old website was outdated and did not meet our new requirements, it was deemed more cost-effective to start from scratch, ensuring the new website perfectly reflects our vision and meets our clients' evolving needs.

Transformation Success Story

Branding, Strategy and Reporting

As our in-house design team began developing a brand identity our SEO specialist conducted a thorough audit of the client's existing website. The audit resulted in two reports: one for internal use and one for the client. The internal report focused on technical aspects, while the client-facing report highlighted key points and avoided technical jargon.

Among the various findings in the report, a significant discovery was that the old third party website had been hacked by a fake Rolex watch seller. We also emphasised how our client could benefit from a well-optimised website that works tirelessly to generate leads 24/7.

This report successfully won over the CEO, who initially had reservations about making such a substantial investment, given the underwhelming performance of their previous website.

Successful Launch

The new website was a resounding success. The client's initial investment was recouped within five months, and the sitewide conversion rate reached 3.65% in the first year. This is significantly higher than the global average of 2.35%.

Continuous Website Enhancements & Digital Marketing

While many website projects often conclude at this stage, we aim to go above and beyond for our clients. With their increased trust in our capabilities, we were allocated a modest budget to continuously enhance the website and implement promotional activities after the launch.

We launched a PPC campaign using Google Ads, created informative articles, and leveraged content for LinkedIn. We also made significant improvements to the website through SEO, content marketing, and CRO, just to name a few.

As a result of our efforts, the sitewide conversion rate skyrocketed to 8.24% four years after launch. This further highlights the positive impact of our SEO, content marketing, and CRO initiatives.

Lead Manager

In addition to the new brand identity and bespoke website, we created a Lead Manager to scrape and compile lead data from APIs, emails, and website dashboards. We then fed the data into our clients CRM, which included property survey leads from third-party providers (like Really Moving) along with our new website leads.

To beat the competition, we sent auto-responding emails and text messages to leads immediately after receiving them. This resulted in winning up to 8 out of 10 leads, as well as creating a very efficient workflow for the sales team, saving up to 1 hour per lead.
